Returns/Exchanges

Need to make a return? 

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by emailing help AT playawaycards.com with your order number. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Opened cards are not eligible for returns.

If your order arrived damaged, please send photos of the packaging and any damage so we can file a claim with the carrier and we will help make it right!
